Robert created Healthy Homes, LLC with the goal of helping people live in a safe, healthy, and comfortable home. He has spent nearly 20 years working in peoples homes, including eleven years installing insulation in CT and GA, four years as a licensed home inspector in SC, and three years completing residential energy audits in MA.
His experience with diagnostic testing includes infrared imaging, blower door and duct leakage testing, combustion safety testing, and mold testing. He lives in Franklin, MA with his wife and three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys studying history and playing music.

Healthy Homes, LLC acts as a neutral, unbiased, party as we evaluate your house. We have the experience, knowledge, and tools to discover and diagnose problems in your home. Since we do not complete any repair work which we recommend, you can rest assured knowing that the recommendations we make are not based on any additional fees we hope to collect.
The reports we provide include pictures of any defects we find and are easy to share with potential contractors. If necessary, we can even include videos in our reports. Whenever we find an issue with your home, we document it, explain why it’s a problem, and offer a solution on how it can best be remedied. We’re here to provide you with information and guidance. If you have questions during the repair process, we are happy to take the time and discuss your concerns. Once the work is completed, we can schedule a return visit to verify the problem is resolved.
