We provide a straight-forward report with a simple one-to-ten rating which describes the efficiency of building assets. We also give additional information for the owner to provide to interested buyers, explaining the purpose of the Home Energy Score and what the results mean.
We Value Your Convenience
We make ourselves available to schedule online, by phone, or email. The Home Energy Score is far less intrusive than a Home Inspection since we are concerned with the energy efficient assets of the house. We still have to access the attic, basement, and crawlspace areas of the home, but minimal time is spent in the finished space of the home. Most of the data needed can be collected in one hour or less!
